The service standards we set ourselves are very high. We aim to deal with all matters quickly and efficiently, keep you fully informed throughout the transaction, and be available when you need us. We have strict service standards regarding the length of time taken to respond to letters, emails and telephone calls.
Your case will be allocated to an individual who will have conduct of the case. You will be given the individual's email address and direct dial telephone so you will always communicate with the right person. A solicitor will deal with the legal aspects of the case and oversee the transaction.
